C LA Vie Egypt offers a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from / to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay full refund.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged

Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 8 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt.If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy

Entry visa to Egypt

To enter Egypt, you must have a valid passport at least 6 months after your date of departure from Egypt.you can also obtain a tourist visa on your arrival in Egypt, at the airport; the visa costs 25 USD per passport (cash payment in euro or dollar) However, in an effort to revitalize tourism in Egypt the following nationalities can purchase a 1-month entry visa on arrival. The Nationalities that benefit from the aforementioned exception are (Australia, Canda, Croatia, the European Union, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Macedonia, South Korea, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom and The U.S.A) . Sleeper-Trains in Egypt

Egyptian trains are designed and maintained according to standards of quality determined by the Egyptian Railway Authority. The sleeper Train from Cairo to Aswan takes about 14 hours, and from Luxor to Cairo takes about 11 hours, half board, including breakfast and dinner
