• Children Policy

  • Age from 0 Up to below  6 years: FREE
  • Age from 6 Up to below 12 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 years and Up Adult price

  Except for The Shows ( Sound & Light  )

  • Age from 0 Up to below  4 years: FREE 
  • Age from 4 Up to below 12 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 years and Up Adult price 

  Notes

  Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

  If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply. ​

• Booking Policy and flexible payment

  Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt to take advantage of the Tour  you have selected. Then be blocked after  receipt of full amount Tour.

  Payment

  A full payment will be required when confirming your booking as requested and must be paid 20 days before your arrival date

  Confirmation 

  The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site.   The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics, as well as the price and cancellation Policy ​​​​

  Tour Voucher

  After your  Tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience The Tour Operator for any further clarification and  reconfirmation of service. ​

• Cancelation Policy

  Emergency Cancellation Policy

  C LA Vie Egypt offers a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from / to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees &  we will pay full refund. 

  Here ,at C LA Vie Egypt, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

  For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed  and send it by email.

  Cancellation by the customer

  In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied: 

  From the date of booking  until 19 days before your arrival date,

  Between 19 and 15 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.         

  Between 14 and 10 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.         

  Between   9 and  6  days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price

  will be charged

  Between   5 and  3  days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.

  Between   2 and 1  days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.​

  Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt.If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy​

  Sanitary measures

  A mandatory PCR test 72 hours before your departure date

  Upon Arrival :

  1 bottle of hydroalcoholic gel of 75 ml / person provided on arrival

  1 protective mask distributed per person 

  Accommodation occupancy rate limited to 50%

  Cleaning and disinfection of accommodation on each arrival

  Coaches capacity during transfers reduced to 50%. 

  Prices

  The price varies depending on the number of persons as Shown  in the price table includes service fees and taxes.

  Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid until December 31st, & During Christmas, New Year’s, Easter holidays. The simple tariff is applied for any person traveling. Passengers must keep their passport with them on the foreign Flights upon their return due to border control points

  For basis 5 Persones will be  Double Room & Triple  Room  For  Basis  5/7/9 . Except  Otherwise  Many Hotels  Triple Room  is  Double Room with An Extra Bed , Suitable for  A Child  or Young Adult . For More Comfort , We Advice you to Book An Individual  Room.

  Entry visa to Egypt

  To enter Egypt, you must have a valid passport at least 6 months after your date of departure from Egypt.you can also obtain a tourist visa on your arrival in Egypt, at the airport; the visa costs  25 USD per passport (cash payment in euro or dollar) However, in an effort to revitalize tourism in Egypt the following nationalities can purchase a 1-month entry visa on arrival. The Nationalities that benefit from the aforementioned exception are  (Australia, Canda, Croatia, the European Union, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Macedonia, South Korea, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom and The U.S.A) . The Process for acquiring these entry visas is extremely simple and only takes a mere couple of minutes through any bank window before proceeding to customs.For other  nationalities, we invite you to check with the Egyptian authorities before your departure

  Sleeper-Trains in Egypt 

  Egyptian trains are designed and maintained according to standards of quality determined by the Egyptian Railway Authority. The sleeper Train from Cairo to Aswan takes about 14 hours, and from Luxor to Cairo takes about 11 hours, half board, including breakfast and dinner​

  LA Vie Egypte is responsible for implementing execution all Tours and services provided on the site by the Contract between C LA Vie Egypte and Customer

  When the client find the service provided was not provid as planned so that he does not suffer  inconvenience during his stay in Egypt, he must notify our representative and contact us by phone or sending an email to C LA Vie Egypt  and  immediately the company will provide the full satisfaction to the customer

  RESPONSIBILITY

  C LA Vie Egypt  is responsible for the proper performance of the services provided and are required to provide assistance to travelers in difficulty.

  In the event of their liability automatically arising from the service providers, the limits of compensation resulting from international conventions except bodily injury, intentional damage or caused by negligence, the possible damages are limited to three times the total price of the trip or stay.

  In the case of tourist packages or the sale of isolated services (example: car rental only), responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of contractual non-performance on the part of the client,

  in the event of an unforeseeable or unavoidable fact by a third party foreign to the provision of travel services or in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances. The liability as of right provided for in the aforementioned article is excluded with regard to the sale of isolated air ticketing (dry flights).

  The agency can not be held responsible for changes in dates, times or routes, change of airport on return, deletion or modification of part of the program caused by external events such as strikes without notice, technical incidents, overloads of the air, bad weather, epidemics, change of flight or any other case of force majeure, due to third parties foreign to the provision of the services provided for in the contract or the poor performance of the contract attributable to the customer.It may happen for reasons related to the period, attendance or decisions of hoteliers on site, that the equipment is insufficient in places of stay or that certain activities are suspended.

  The agency will not be held responsible in the event of an incident occurring during services purchased directly on site by the customer from an external service provider or resulting from a personal initiative of the customer.

  APPLICABLE RIGHT

  The contracts concluded between C La Vie Egypt and the client are subject to Egyptian law​​​​​​​​​​
