• Children Policy

  • Age from 0 Up to below  6 years: FREE
  • Age from 6 Up to below 12 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 years and Up: Adult price

  Notes 

  Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room )

  If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children

• Booking Policy and flexible payment

  Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Transfer.  Your transfer  will be secured upon receipt full Payment To take advantage of the Transfer you have selected. Then Transport, can  be blocked after receipt of all amount .

  Payment

  A full payment will be required when confirming your booking as requested and must be paid 20 days before your arrival date

  By Bank wire transfer or credit ,debit card (Visa / MasterCard) Via Verisign Secured payment system on our website or sent via Western Union ​

  Confirmation 

  The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site.   The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics, as well as the price and cancellation Policy

  Transfer Voucher

  After your Transfer  is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience The Tour Operator for any further clarification and  reconfirmation of service.

  At The Airport our representative is waiting at the Terminal of arrival Before The Passports Control two hours before your Arrival flight

  At The Port  our representative  is waiting at the Port of Arrival two hours before your Arrival time

• Cancelation Policy

  Emergency Cancellation Policy

  C LA Vie Egypt offers a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from / to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees &  we will pay full refund.

  Here , at C LA Vie Egypt, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

  For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed  and send it by email.

  Cancellation by the customer  

  In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied: 

  From the date of booking  until 19 days before your arrival date, 

  Between 19 and 15 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.         

  Between 14 and 10 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.       

  Between  9 and  6  days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price

  will be charged

  Between  5 and  3  days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.

  Between  2 and 1  days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price

  will be charged.

  Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy

• Prices & Extras

  Sanitary measures

  A mandatory PCR test 72 hours before your departure date

  Upon Arrival :

  1 bottle of hydroalcoholic gel of 75 ml / person provided on arrival

  1 protective mask distributed per person 

  Accommodation occupancy rate limited to 50%

  Cleaning and disinfection of accommodation on each arrival

  Coaches capacity during transfers reduced to 50%. 

  Prices

  The price varies depending on the number of persons as Shown  in the price table includes service fees and taxes.

  Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid until December 31st, & During Christmas, New Year’s, Easter holidays. The simple tariff is applied for any person traveling. Passengers must keep their passport with them on the foreign Flights upon their return due to border control points

  Excursions

  For  visits all our groups include only 10 participants  maximum during the visits in  private air-conditioned vehicle with Private guide English-speaking Egyptologist throughout Egypt​​​
