To Secure Your Booking
To secure your booking, you must inform C LA Vie Egypt of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details; to C LA Vie Egypt by wire transfer or credit / debit card (Visa and MasterCard, both are accepted).
Amendments by You
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air travel.
Payment/Booking Policy
We are offering a low down payment of just 30% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to 35 days prior to your arrival date, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.

paid upon your arrival.
1-Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the agreed upon services. These documents should be emailed to C LA Vie Egypt Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with completing your request.
Document needed: A signed authorization letter to C LA Vie Egypt allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card. The signature must match that appearing on your credit card and passport.

Cancellation Policy
1-Force Majeure:
C LA Vie Egypt offers a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from / to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay full refund.
Automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline’s terms and conditions.
Here at C LA Vie Egypt, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
2-Cancellation by the customer
Cancellation requests should be send by email to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip,The following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date,
Between 45 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged
Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 8 and 1 days before your arrival date,100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
Refunds
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Accommodation
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing).or three persons sharing a room ( Triple sharing).
Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Flights
(1)Domestic Flights:
We quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
(2)International Flights:
International flights are not included in our services. But we can offer you this option if you prefer to use us for Booking your international flights.

C La Vie Egypt Sponsor of Alwalaa Tour is responsible for implementing execution all Tours and services provided on the site by the Contract between C La Vie Egypt Sponsor of Alwalaa Tour and Customer.
When the client find the service provided was not provid as planned so that he does not suffer inconvenience during his stay in Egypt, he must notify our representative and contact us by phone or sending an email to C LA Vie Egypt and immediately the company will provide the full satisfaction to the customer
Responsibility
C LA Vie Egypt is responsible for the proper performance of the services provided and are required to provide assistance to travelers in difficulty.
The company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Special Requests
If the client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room)
Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Tipping
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
Complaints
If you have any complaints while you are in the destination, please notify the company (C LA Vie Egypt ) immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Customer Care Management.
General Terms of Use
The contracts concluded between the Agency and the client are subject to Egyptian law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of ARE.
Arab Republic of Egypt is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD, EUR, and GBP.
www.clavietours.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of ARE.
Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Insurance:
The agency strongly advises to take out travel assistance insurance covering guarantees, in the event of cancellation or modification of the trip, damage luggage, civil liability for private life abroad, as well as assistance services for travelers. . The agency rejects all responsibility outside of its legal responsibilities. And insurance is not included in our services.
The Customer responsible for the insurance contract covering his trip.
Acceptance of the Agreement
The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

The agency declares and guarantees that all the services contained in the program attached to this contract will be honored in accordance with the rules of the profession.You will find below a copy of license, to certify the accreditation of Alwalaa Tour and official documents of C La Vie Egypt
